Field Service Coordinator

Position Summary:

The Field Service Coordinator will support a team of 12 Field Service Representatives with scheduling, timesheets, record keeping and inventory management.

Work You'll Do:

• Scheduling: Coordinate the scheduling of field service technicians, ensuring that all service requests are assigned efficiently and according to priority.
• Customer Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding service inquiries, scheduling, and follow-ups. Address any customer concerns or issues promptly.
• Job Tracking & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of service requests, completed jobs, technician performance, and customer feedback. Prepare regular reports for management.
• Inventory Management: Track and manage the tools, parts, and equipment required for field service jobs. Ensure technicians have the necessary resources for their tasks.
• Team Support: Provide administrative and operational support to the field service team, helping with route planning, technical troubleshooting, and ensuring job quality.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of related experience in a customer facing support role within a similar industry
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
