Description
This role oversees all facets of Addison Avenue Investment Services, an award winning, nationally recognized credit union investment services division serving the unique financial and investment planning needs of First Tech's SEG based, tech focused membership. This role is responsible for implementing strategies for continued growth (assets, clients, and performance) and retention (talent, assets, and clients) while ensuring compliance with broker/dealer, regulatory and financial institution requirements. A key priority for this position is maintaining an environment where high performing, industry leading financial professionals continue to thrive with the same entrepreneurial environment and varying business models that has made Addison Avenue the success it is today. This role will work closely with Executive leadership, Addison leaders and other senior management to support the achievement of Addison Avenue and First Tech's financial goals. In addition, this role serves as the Program Director for Raymond James Financial Services within the Financial Institution Division.

Job Duties
- Create and execute strategies and unique business models which align with program goals and credit union priorities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with broker/dealer, product sponsors, internal business partners, financial advisors, support team, peer leaders and other investment services leaders.
- Ensure all investment activities comply with state and federal regulatory requirements, broker/dealer, and internal policies. Monitor, manage, and mitigate risk for investment services by providing oversight to internal compliance team.
- Lead a team of investment professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Regularly review and assess performance, profitability management and key metrics, adjusting, as necessary.
- Stay current on market trends, economic conditions, and industry developments to inform decisions.
- Collaborate with other key internal and external partners to support growth and retention initiatives, which may include business development activities and expansion into new markets, creating financial wellness and education opportunities within the SEGs, deploying marketing strategies to support existing client retention and new client and asset acquisition.
- Research and support complementary products, services, tools, or operational efficiencies to increase value of new and existing client relationships.
- Prepare and report results to executive leadership and the board on a monthly/quarterly basis.
Essential Skill
- Minimum of 10+ years' experience overseeing different aspects of a successful investment division within a financial institution (including operations, sales, compliance, leadership).
- Previous experience as a Financial Advisor preferred.
- Previous experience as an OSJ and/or multiple years of experience in an investment compliance role.
- Previous experience leading a team of high producing financial advisors.
- Expert knowledge of investment products, financial and portfolio management, and financial markets.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance trends.
- Proven track recordin cultivating and sustaining cultures that foster growth and enhance advisor/client retention. Achieved through a strong focus on relationships and a steadfast belief that profitable growth is driven by consistently prioritizing the interests of members/clients over short-term gains.
- Exceptional executive leadershipwith a proven track record in coaching, communication, and relationship-building. Demonstrated expertise in team management, overseeing Vice Presidents and Senior Directors. Daily interactions and relationship-building with C-level executives are essential.

- Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred but not required).
- Certification/License: Minimum Series 7, 65/66, 24, Insurance licenses (Series 9/10 preferred but not required).

Target Compensation in Hillsboro, OR:
$250k - $280k annually + Incentive (up-to 100% of annual comp)
