JOB SUMMARY Responsible for generating and improving leads for new client acquisition for the commercial services segment. The Senior Manager, B to B Marketing will be responsible for strategizing, executing and optimizing programs and campaigns that improve market share. Combining market opportunity, market sizing data, buyer propensity models and client/sales/product trend data to design and execute programs and campaigns that attain market share goals. Designing and activating targeted and effective programs and campaigns using direct response tactics, digital ads, traditional media and content marketing. Partner with research, creative, media, marketing operations, Sales Enablement and other teams to leverage brand and segment messages, content, product positioning and relevant subject matter expertise. Work with cross functional teams to deploy programs and campaigns that optimize tactic mix to maximum lead production and drive cost per lead (CPL) performance. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
