US (remote): #LI-Remote About This Role As a Senior Manager of Product Design for Vault Radar, you will lead a team of designers shaping the future of security experiences at HashiCorp. You will play a key role in defining and driving the experience vision for Vault Radar, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and usability across the Secure product portfolio. This role will require close collaboration with engineering, product management, and cross-functional partners to deliver seamless integrations across HashiCorp and IBM products. You will be responsible for growing and mentoring a team of designers, driving high-impact design initiatives, and advocating for user-centered decision-making. While your primary focus will be on Vault Radar, your team's work will extend into the broader Secure product group, influencing and aligning with the Helios Design System (HDS) and company-wide experience strategies. $212,500

$250,000 USD The base pay range for this role in California (excluding SF Bay Area), New York (excluding NYC), Seattle Metro, Denver / Boulder Metro, Washington D.C., or Maryland is:
$194,700

$229,100 USD The base pay range for this role in Colorado (excluding Denver / Boulder Metro), Illinois, Minnesota, or Washington (excluding Seattle Metro) is:
