Job Summary

Reporting to Director, Content Partnerships, this position is responsible for managing partner
onboarding and integration processes, monitoring compliance, and working with cross-functional teams
to streamline operations, all while maintaining a sharp focus on delivering mutual value to Cision's
content partners, customers and commercial teams. This is a high-visibility role within a small but
impactful global team of content specialists and will be deeply involved in both strategic initiatives and
tactical execution of projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Operational Management of Content Partnerships
o Manage day-to-day operations related to Cision's global content partnerships,
ensuring partners meet contractual obligations and service-level expectations.
o Maintain and improve internal systems, processes, and tools to support the
efficient management of content agreements, ensuring full visibility and
compliance.
o Act as the primary point of contact for content providers, handling inquiries,
operational issues, and escalations with speed and precision.
* Content Integration and Process Optimization
o Lead the operational aspects of content integration projects, working closely
with product and data teams to ensure timely and seamless implementation.
o Continuously assess and refine internal workflows to improve efficiency and
reduce friction in the content acquisition and management process.
o Support ongoing system enhancements to better manage large volumes of
content and complex partnership requirements.
* Stakeholder Collaboration and Reporting
o Collaborate with sales, product, and customer-facing teams to identify and
prioritize new content sources that enhance Cision's offering.
o Provide internal teams with clear documentation, reporting, and insights on the
status and performance of content partnerships.
o Assist with preparation of internal reporting on compliance and content
performance, using data from systems such as Salesforce.
* Contract Management and Compliance
o Support contract negotiation and ensure ongoing compliance with legal and
regulatory requirements across global markets.
o Maintain accurate records and documentation of all partnership agreements,
ensuring that obligations and timelines are met.
o Proactively monitor and manage partner compliance, taking corrective actions
where necessary.

Minimum Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in related areas.
* Minimum of five years of experience in content partnership area.
* Operational Expertise: Strong experience in managing operational processes and
working with internal systems to ensure seamless execution of partnership agreements.
* Content Integration Experience: Familiarity with media content workflows, data
integration, and managing multi-stakeholder implementation projects.
* Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
simultaneously, with excellent organizational skills.
* Analytical and Detail-Oriented: Capable of analyzing complex data, contracts, and
workflows with a meticulous eye for detail.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel, with
experience in Salesforce and database management a plus.
* Problem-Solving: Takes ownership of operational challenges, resolving issues proactively
and finding practical, scalable solutions.
* Collaboration: Works effectively across departments and geographies, fostering strong
relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Results-Oriented: Driven to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality outputs with a focus
on continuous improvement.
* Adaptability and Resilience: Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with
shifting priorities, always maintaining a hands-on approach.

* Job requires employees to sit for extended periods of time without being able to leave
the work area.
