While reporting to the Production Manager, this position is accountable for the safety, quality, productivity, cost performance, and employee relations associated for an assigned production shift. This job requires leadership and the efficient use of resources (labor, materials, and equipment) to manufacture quality products at lowest possible cost. You will supervise and coordinate the activities of all hourly employees on an assigned shift. Position is responsible for implementing and maintaining best manufacturing practices. This position is a rotating 12 hour night shift from 7pm-7am, operating 3 days on, two days off, two days on, three days off. You work approximately 15 days a week ever a three-day weekend every other weekend! What you will be doing:

Compensation: The annual base salary range for this role is from $85,920 to $96,660, plus a quarterly target bonus of 12.5% of base salary.
