The Role: We are looking for an experienced Growth Content Marketing Manager to join our team. The Growth Marketing Manager will develop and execute a content strategy focused on customer upsell, upgrades, onboarding, and retention. This role will support cross-selling initiatives to drive conversions and enhance the customer experience. The Growth Marketing Manager will work on expanding market entry programs and product marketing collaborations to ensure strategic alignment with business objectives. This role requires strong creative intuition, strategic mindset, and a passion for the customer journey and experience while driving upsell and growth. Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
- Design and implement strategies to optimize customer onboarding, retention, and upgrade experiences.
- Develop lifecycle marketing initiatives that drive engagement and conversion.
- Craft targeted content to support cross-selling, new market entry programs, and product marketing partnerships.
- Develop a content calendar and aligning it with business objectives.
- Work with creative teams to develop customer focused content. Manage feedback and approvals process.
- Build and align content strategies with business goals, ensuring cohesive messaging across all touchpoints.
- Leverage analytics to guide content creation, measure performance, and optimize campaigns.
- Journey mapping and documentation, stakeholder collaboration and customer advocate.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and customer engagement metrics.
- Drive reporting frameworks to track growth marketing initiatives.
- Provide insights and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams to drive strategy and execution.

Required Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, content marketing, social media or lifecycle marketing.
- Experience in B2C marketing, preferably in SaaS, eCommerce, or consumer technology industries.
- Knowledge of tools like Braze, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Marketo for email and campaign automation.
- Proven track record in customer engagement, retention, and upsell initiatives.
- Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar) and CRM platforms.
What you will be working on:
- Developing content strategies that drive customer upgrades, upsells, and retention.
- Supporting new cross-sell initiatives through targeted content and lifecycle marketing efforts.
- Collaborating with product marketing teams on go-to-market strategies for new partnerships and product launches.
- Analyzing data to refine marketing initiatives and optimize conversion rates.
- Identify and analyze new opportunities, outline analytics, metrics, KPIs, risks, and drive marketing innovation
- Presenting insights and performance reports to leadership to shape future growth strategies
- Lead, develop, and build current Vivint customer campaign strategies and insight-driven integrated marketing plans to support growth in our customer product offering
- Ensure successful product launches and promotions
- Champion the customer throughout the marketing planning and execution process
- Lead the cross-functional execution of all go-to-market launch activities across Vivint marketing channels that build customer trust and provide an excellent customer experience
- Lead the development of key campaign documents, including authoring the integrated marketing plan, go-to-market documents, campaign creative briefs, marketing calendars etc.
- Ideate on new ways to engage Vivint Smart Home and Energy customers and build brand love for Vivint
- Collaborate with and drive eCommerce, Creative, Video, Social PR, marketing channel owners, and brand and product marketing teams
- Lead content and operations teams by empowering with support, resources and assist with prioritization.
