Purpose: Auditors are responsible for ensuring completed manufacturing orders and rejects are properly and accurately accounted for before systemically closing grids, transporting orders to VAS, and transporting rejects and swatches to their proper end destinations. The Auditor role is designed to be flexible and to help where needed on the manufacturing floor. Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure grids are completely and accurately filled out by inspectors before closing the grid. All counts, rejects, and required initials must be on the grid before sending to next destination.
* Ensure garments have all required embellishments.
* Ensure grids get scanned and moved to the correct location when transporting the grids out of the department.
* Accurately close grids via the closed grid script. Ensure proper quantities are entered for produced pieces as well as rejects.
* Work with proper internal stakeholders (IC, IT) to correct systemic grid issues.
* Properly enter makeups for the manufacturing floor and communicate with the Forklift department on any delays regarding makeups.
* Assist the floor wherever necessary. This includes but is not limited to cleans, touch ups, stacking, tracking WIP, finding orders that may be in other departments, etc.
* Utilize internal systems (Logic, AEM, Scoreboard, Access, Smartsheet, Scorekeeper, MARC, NexTech, and Net Term) to perform functions (closing and checking grids, make-ups, moving grids, etc.).
* Manage the reject "bins" and ensure proper return to appropriate departments. Key Relationships:

* Ability to work independently, working within set procedures and time constraints.
* Must have excellent attendance and be flexible in hours and overtime.
* Light to moderate lifting is required as well as the ability to push full rolling gaylords. Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- Required to speak, read, wrote and comprehend the English language.
- Demonstrated experience in a Manufacturing/Distribution operation preferred.
