Rental Store Manager

Mustang Rental Services, a division of Mustang Cat, is looking for a qualified Store Manager to provide overall leadership and management for Mustang's Bryan Branch.

The Store Manager is responsible for all operations of the Rental facility.

Rental Store Manager Responsibilities Include:

• Hiring and directing staff
• Directing equipment repairs and make ready
• Coordinating equipment rental orders from initial call from customer, to delivery to jobsite, to return from rental, and preparation for next rental
• Branch invoicing, administrative and clerical tasks, and budgeting
• Representing Mustang in a professional manner inside and outside of the office

Rental Store Manager Position Requirements:

• A high school education or equivalent
• College degree preferred, not required. Will consider equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
• Minimum of 5 years work experience in the heavy equipment industry
• Minimum of 3 years in the equipment rental industry
• Experience managing an equipment rental operation is preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent computer skills and experience working will all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment under minimal supervision
• Must be self-motivated, customer service oriented and organized
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
