Supervise activities of staff pharmacists, technicians and support personnel to assure accurate and timely compounding, dispensing of medications and provide medication for timely drug administration. Position: Inpatient Coordinator
Shift: Day Shift- Every 4th weekend (Saturday and Sunday) requirement.

Experience:
* Three years work in hospital pharmacy where IV admixtures, automated distribution functions, and clinical counseling were employed is preferred or in a management role.
* Work history with good to excellent record in organization, accuracy, quality and quantity of work and attendance is required

Education:
* Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy required.
* Clinical clerkships, residencies and specialties in hospital-oriented environments preferred

Licensures/Certifications:
* Current registration as a Registered Pharmacist in Pennsylvania, with good standing with the Pennsylvania Board of Pharmacy is necessary.
* Recent graduates and pharmacists eligible for reciprocity will be considered as long as licensure is complete before the end of the 90-day probationary period.
