Urgently Hiring for a ROI specialist with a well-known hospital in Torrance, CA! Description - Complete release of information requests, including retrieving patient's medical chart and returning chart, scanning medical record and transmitting daily. - Date stamp all requests and highlight data to expedite processing. - Validate requests and authorizations for release of medical information in accordance with procedures. - Provide excellent customer service to patients and providers - Ensure that files are properly stored and maintained Skills Electronic medical record, Roi, Emr, Epic Additional Skills & Qualifications - 2-5 years of ROI experience - EPIC - ROI Navigator Module in EPIC - Strong customer service skills - Must maintain a high level of confidentiality / HIPPA Experience Level Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
