DESCRIPTION OF WORK

In this position, you will oversee the Adult Autism Waiver for the Eastern Regional office of the Office of Developmental Programs (ODP). You will manage and direct a team of Regional Office Representatives within the Bureau of Support for Autism and Special Populations (BSASP), who are tasked with administering the Adult Autism Waiver. Your responsibilities will include formulating policies and practices to ensure the effective implementation of the waiver. Additionally, you will provide guidance, technical assistance, and training to providers and other key stakeholders as necessary. Collaboration with fellow ODP BSASP Regional Office Supervisors, the Clinical team, and BSASP leadership will be crucial to maintain consistent practices statewide. Building strong working relationships within ODP and across other Department of Human Services (DHS) offices is vital to fulfilling the mission of ODP. Interested in learning more? - Full-time employment
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) full-time, with 1 day a month required in office. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Philadelphia.
- Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- One year as a Human Services Program Representative 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
- Four years of professional experience developing, implementing, or evaluating a human service program, and a bachelor's degree; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
Other Requirements:

- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
