Your role in our success will be...

The Operations Coordinator is directly responsible for the field coordination, cost estimating and execution of: conversions, large meter installations, sizing, integrity digs, casing removals and Stop off/Taps. The role also coordinates and assembles work resources that align with budgeted hours.

What you'll be working on...



  • Serves as the central of point of coordination between contractors, engineer, and operations personnel on natural gas operation and maintenance related projects.
  • Promotes and ensures compliance with safety in accordance with organizational and industry standards.
  • Evaluates, improves and standardizes operational processes for safe installation processes.
  • Analyzes, standardizes and approves cost for meter sets, relocations and projects of different scales and sizes.
  • Collaborates on information gathering with Sales/Marketing and business unit resources for to ensure proper design, installation of projects.
  • Supports the Sales/Marketing team to identify conversion opportunities become by attending HOA meetings, sales and marketing meetings, surveying areas of operations.
  • Provides weekly updates to operations leadership and sales and marketing team to keep abreast of project.
  • Ensures all projects are completed correctly while meeting the demands of our customers and meeting safety, quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Acts as the point of contact with homeowners/builder developers, to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure of progress and expectations.
  • Coordinates and assesses multiple gas service and maintenance related projects.
  • Proactively manage project planning and layout, mitigating unforeseen issues for efficient project execution and resource utilization.
  • Ensures all of department's vehicles, equipment and tools are maintained.
  • Identifies and assists with the implementation of new or innovative technologies and participate in updating operations and maintenance, GIS system and service manuals.



Who you are...



  • Two (2) years of natural gas operations or project coordination experience
  • Knowledge of Natural Gas and/or construction project management, including installation of facilities and O&M standards
  • Skilled in organization and time management
  • Effective oral and written communication
  • Basic computer Microsoft Office suite skills
  • Mechanically inclined
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and complete work with minimum supervision while providing update in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to manage multiple employees and projects
  • Ability to work independently as well as with diverse teams.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Standard driver's license
