The accountabilities for the provision of care by Advanced Nurse Clinician are the same as those found in the job description of the Staff Nurse, HCH. The Advanced Nurse Clinician job description covers the accountabilities of the Advanced Nurse Clinician, which are beyond the scope of their discipline job description. The Advanced Nurse Clinician assists in the management planning and coordination of daily operations. This position provides leadership, supervision and oversees training of staff to promote professional growth and technical development. The Advanced Nurse Clinician will facilitate a high quality of patient care and serve as a resource for other nurses. The Advanced Nurse Clinician will also enhance the delivery of nursing services to facilitate clinical research and investigation, and/or develop educational programs.

Position: Advanced Nurse Clinician
Shift: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm + 1 weekend per month

Experience:
Minimum of three years of clinical experience required.
Minimum of two years of experience in the home care setting preferred.

Education:
1. Registered Nurse, BSN required. MSN or equivalent preferred.

Licensures/Certifications:
1. PA RN license.
2. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required.
3. Valid driver's license and automobile insurance

Requirements:

This position requires you to wear a respirator as part of the job requirement.
