THE JOB:

As a Mini Bar Supervisor at Mandalay Bay, you'll oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the department. Your role includes managing inventory, monitoring team performance, and maintaining quality standards. You'll support your team to deliver prompt and accurate service while ensuring minibars are well-stocked and presented to standard. With your welcoming smile and attentive service, you'll create memorable moments for guests, leaving a lasting impression that enhances their overall experience, both during their stay and beyond.

THE STARTING RATE: $26.80

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Train, mentor, and develop staff to achieve department goals

• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness

• Resolve guest billing disputes by working with Front Desk and Hotel Accounting

• Follow food safety guidelines to ensure quality and guest satisfaction

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Two years of experience in the Food and Beverage industry

• One year of supervisory or managerial experience, in food and beverage or a high-volume hotel

• Strong administrative skills

• Prior experience in hospitality or a as a mini bar attendant is a plus

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
