We are seeking a Business Technology Manager in the Assurance Department, to share time between our New York and New Jersey Offices. In this position you will play a key role in the implementation, integration and roll-out of key assurance innovation initiatives.

This is an analytical role in a fast-paced environment requiring the ideal candidate to perform effectively both as an individual and as part of a team. This role will require collaboration, focus and an ownership driven mentality.

What Work You Will be Responsible For:

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Administration of CaseWare including administering licenses, entity creation and template management.
• Participate in the initial exploration and assessment of new assurance software tools.
• Develop and execute test cases to assess the functionality and performance of new assurance software.
• Develop and document formalized processes and controls around new assurance software tools.
• Develop, maintain and update practice management tools
• Liaison between Operations, National Office and Enterprise Technology & Information
• Collaborate with internal teams and facilitate the resolution of gaps that have been identified in current processes

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors Accounting
• CPA
• 2+ years of experience within an assurance team at a public accounting firm
• 2+ years of experience within a business transformation role
