Aloha! This is an exciting, entry level-IT role with one of our clients on Maui, HI. They operate as a managed service provider, supporting their main client, MECO (Maui Electric Company). Responsibilities: - Respond to user inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or in-person. - Proactively follow up with customer service issues and requests as needed to ensure service level expectations are met. - Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. - Document and track issues using a ticketing system. - Escalate complex problems to higher-level support teams when necessary. - Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and applications. - Provide training and guidance to end-users on software and hardware usage. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services. - Collaborate with other IT team members to improve processes and support systems. Skills Help desk support, Customer service, hardware troubleshooting, End user support, Active directory, Windows 10, Imaging Additional Skills & Qualifications Must live on Maui. Able to lift/carry equipment up to 40 pounds. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
