Senior Building Information Modeling (BIM) Manager

This position would be aligned with our office located in Chicago and would support full-time in-person/hybrid, and remote working arrangements.

You will support a wide range of project teams focused on mission-critical, civic, and industrial projects, and work on all phases of project work, ranging from new construction and mixed-use/renovation building projects setup and management, to reality capture point cloud data management for Scan-to-BIM conversions, and extending to construction administration support for clash detection and VDC

Develop and maintain company BIM standards, leveraging our innovative design technology platforms and tools.
• Support project teams in all phases of project work including new construction and mixed-use/renovation projects.
• Manage reality capture point cloud data for Scan-to-BIM conversions.
• Provide construction administration support for clash detection and VDC management.
• Collaborate with discipline leaders and specialists to support mission-critical, civic, and industrial projects.
• Plan and coordinate projects and workflows with architecture and engineering teams.
• Stay ahead of AEC industry trends concerning technology and phase out underperforming applications.
• Maximize the use of Autodesk Cloud services and engage production teams with Autodesk ACC/BIM360 technology.

• Licensed professional Architect.
• Masters or Professional Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
• Extensive experience in BIM management and implementation.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and mentor a team.
• Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work closely with multidisciplinary teams.
• Expertise in Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Cloud services, and BIM360 technology.
• Proficiency in reality capture and point cloud data management.
• Strong understanding of VDC and clash detection processes.
• Ability to stay current with industry trends and advancements in BIM technology.
• Excellent communication and project planning skills.
