THE JOB:

Bardot Brasserie at ARIA Resort & Casino offers a delightful twist on classic French cuisine, blending timeless flavors with a modern touch. As a Cook, you'll play a vital role in crafting these exceptional dishes with precision and skill. In this upscale environment, you'll apply your culinary expertise to deliver unforgettable dining experiences for our guests long after their visit.

THE STARTING RATE: $25.7806

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Show your culinary passion by crafting various menu items while following set recipes and standards

• Consistently maintain proper stocking, cleanliness, and sanitation of back-of-house areas

• Ensure guest safety by following proper food handling procedures

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• One year line cook experience in upscale or fine dining restaurant

• Is comfortable in a restaurant kitchen and with the use of culinary tools, equipment, and techniques
