The Sacramento Marriott located in Rancho Cordova is seeking friendly service-oriented Group Housing Coordinator to join their team!

The Sacramento Marriott located in Rancho Cordova is a unique Full Service hotel with 14,000 square feet of meeting space and full catering capabilities. On site is a Full service Starbucks offering discounts to our Team Members. We are a top ranked hotel on TripAdvisor Popularity in Rancho Cordova- Centrally located between Sacramento and Folsom with easy freeway & light rail access.

The Group Housing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating group sales, catering and room inventory. Responsible for handling reservations and inquiries. Also responsible for entering Sales contracts & create group blocks in the hotel reservation system including PMS, MARSHA, PASSKEY. We are looking for someone with rooms, reservations, or a group housing background who can bring experience, knowledge, and enthusiasm to the team. We would prefer Marriott experience, but it is not required. Must possess strong computer skills.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:



  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Associate's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Must have at least 1 year of group housing, rooms, reservations, or related hotel experience
  • Marriott experience preferred
  • Relevant military experience in a comparable capacity
