We are seeking a Early Career/Campus Recruiter to enhance our Talent Acquisition team and support our Early Career initiatives. In this role, you will manage the recruitment process for university candidates while committing to building strong relationships with academic departments, career centers, student organizations, and faculty members. As Talent Acquisition is a foundational element of our recruitment strategy, your commitment will significantly influence our company culture and capacity for bold innovation.

This position is based at our Headquarters in McLean, VA. Candidates should be willing to relocate to the McLean area as a condition of employment and are expected to work from the office from Monday to Thursday, with the flexibility to work from home on Fridays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute on-campus recruiting strategies at target universities, including events, interviews, and networking sessions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with career centers and key university contacts.
  • Secure coverage for and attend campus and in-house recruiting events.
  • Serve as the primary contact for candidates, providing guidance throughout the hiring process.
  • Manage internship and early career full-time programs, including onboarding, training, events.
  • Facilitate feedback to key stakeholders to ensure smooth hiring processes and timely decision-making.
  • Travel domestically (20-25% during peak seasons) to support recruiting efforts.
Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in campus recruiting, event planning, or HR, ideally within the tech industry.
  • Passion for talent acquisition and program management in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong ability to source talent through social media, networking, and digital recruiting tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Effective written and verbal communication, with strong stakeholder and relationship management abilities.
  • Ability to think creatively, solve problems independently, and adapt to evolving business needs.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours during peak recruiting seasons.
