Summary

Summary:
The Strength and Conditioning Specialist role provides direct patient care in ourSports Performance Center in Sanford. You'll be joining a dynamic team of certified strength and conditioning experts along with physical therapists and athletic trainers all who work with patients on crafting individualized training plans based on the latest clinical research. We are a fast-paced, innovative team providing outstanding care to the community.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: Master's Degree in Strength and Conditioning or similar degree preferred.
  2. License/Certifications: Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA required. Current BLS Certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
  3. Experience: One year of experience in a strength and conditioning setting preferred.
