Lifecycle Marketing Data Analyst

6-month Contract- beginning May 1st, 2025

Our client is the leading career site used around the globe to help people and companies with their recruiting efforts. Today, they are seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Data Analyst for a period of 6months. This individual will work with internal teams to help with performance analysis of campaigns as well as support the team's need for audience management, campaign insights, and operational efficiency. This role will be critical in driving the success of lifecycle marketing campaigns through precise audience targeting, reliable data reporting, and seamless cross-team collaboration. By leveraging queries, data tools, and marketing systems, the Lifecycle Marketing Analyst will help the team deliver impactful, data-driven campaigns that align with business goals and drive measurable results.

Responsibilities:

Audience Management and Optimization



  • Manage audience and data requests for marketing campaigns.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize user audience library for Lifecycle marketing campaigns.
  • Modify current audience parameters to increase size, target additional markets, adjust date ranges, and maintain data efficacy.
  • Analyze opportunities for new audiences aligned with emerging campaign strategies.
  • Maintain a record of all audience data queries via a repository for version control and sharing.



Campaign Performance



  • Oversee and maintain all campaign data in shareable dashboards using proprietary tools to provide visibility into lifecycle marketing performance.
  • Optimize queries to ensure accurate and reliable data retrieval for emails and notifications.
  • Develop actionable data analysis and gather insights to enhance campaign performance and data fidelity.
  • Partner with Data teams to build, troubleshoot, or validate new reports.



Qualifications



  • 3+ years of experience in marketing campaign data analysis and audience segmentation.
  • Expertise in SQL and Python. THIS POSITION IS USING SIMILAR ANALYTIC TOOLS TO THIS POSITION
  • Ability to interpret large datasets and extract actionable insights.
  • Understanding of data warehousing and mining concepts including modeling, manipulation, and ETL processes.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis methods, analytics tools, and attribution modeling.
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment, solving problems quickly.
  • Strong collaboration skills with a proven ability to work with cross-functional remote teams via Slack or Teams.
  • Proficient with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Zeta, Marketo)
  • Deep understanding of marketing principles, including campaign audience management, digital marketing channels, and customer segmentation.
  • Experience managing complex workflows and projects using tools like Jira and Confluence.
