Primary Function: Oversees and manages NCC's enrollment marketing CRM. Supervises initiatives, executes campaigns and reviews data, making strategic recommendations to drive enrollment & retention campaign results.

Responsibilities: (1) Builds, creates and implements direct response marketing campaigns, workflows, events, landing pages and web forms(2) Analyzes market and student data from theCRMsystem and optimize programs to continuously improve enrollment growth and retention results (3) DesignsCRMworkflows and adjustsCRMfunctions to align with college areas of focus(4) Trains new and current system users and facilitate user adoption ofCRMfeatures (5) Creates and distributes documentation ofCRMprocesses and expectations of users (6) Troubleshoots end userCRMissues as they arise (7) Continuously learn new system functions and competencies (8) Creates new content that can be utilized in CRM campaigns or other digital platforms including emails, social media graphics and/or videos (9) Assists in other marketing and communications projects as assigned.

Organizational Relationships: (1) Responsible to the CRM Manager for performance of assigned responsibilities. (2) Relates role to College goals and mission attainment.

Performance Standards: Performance in this position is considered satisfactory when: (1) mutually agreed upon objectives have been attained within a specified time frame, (2) responsibilities of the position have been carried out at a level consistent with performance objectives, (3) effective cooperative relationships exist with other members of the team and college.

Qualifications: (1) Education: Bachelor's degree from a Councilfor HigherEducation Accreditation (CHEA) approved Institutional Accreditor institution in a related area preferred. (2) Skills, Knowledge, Abilities: (a) experience with marketing automation, email software, CRM systems; (b) outstanding organizational and planning abilities; (c) excellent communication and presentation skills; (d) understanding of project management principles; (e) ability to use data to inform decisions. (e) strong copywriting and editing skills. Experience: (3) Four to six [4-6] years of experience working in marketing and/or communications environment with a high level of proficiency using CRM platforms is required. Must possess well developed analytical and problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail. Strong communication and organizational skills are requisite.Experience with Adobe Creative suite a plus.
