Shared Services: HRM Residents and Interns- (Full-Time, Day Shift) - For this role, the residency will be finance-based, with a focus on cost accounting, productivity, and data analytics. Please visit https://jobs.lluh.org/MRBI to learn more Job Summary: This two-year Management Residency program is designed to develop the knowledge and skills, both personally and professionally, of Seventh-day Adventist college graduates who are interested in a management career in the health care and educational industry. The Management Residency program provides hands-on experience in key departments around the LLUH entities. Performs other duties as needed. As a Management Resident you choose a track and within that track you will be rotating every few months gaining experience in different departments. This particular residency will be finance-based, with a focus on cost accounting, productivity, and data analytics Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, or related field (having graduated within the last 36 months) or completed by start date of program required. Some leadership experience preferred. Member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church required. Knowledge and Skills: Able to read, write legibly; speak in English with professional quality; use computer, printer, and software programs necessary to the position (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Operate/troubleshoot basic office equipment required for the position. Able to relate and communicate positively, effectively, and professionally with others; work calmly and respond courteously when under pressure; collaborate and accept direction. Able to communicate effectively in English in person, in writing, and on the telephone; think critically; manage multiple assignments effectively; organize and prioritize workload; work well under pressure; problem solve; recall information with accuracy; pay close attention to detail; work independently with minimal supervision. Able to distinguish colors as necessary; hear sufficiently for general conversation in person and on the telephone, and identify and distinguish various sounds associated with the workplace; see adequately to read computer screens, and written documents necessary to the position.
