Summary: The Associate Director, Patient Marketing - EXPAREL is responsible for defining, developing, and implementing effective patient-focused marketing strategies. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to outline the commercial vision, goals, and tactics for the business, with a focus on patient education, engagement, and advocacy. Key responsibilities include the development of strategic plans, annual marketing plans, and initiatives designed to drive patient awareness and business success. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential, as this role requires regular engagement with internal teams and external partners, as well as close collaboration with Sales Operations and Analytics. Responsibilities Essential Duties & Responsibilities: * Serve as the patient market and brand expert, setting strategic direction and ensuring execution of patient-centric marketing campaigns, education strategies, and engagement initiatives. Supervisory Responsibilities: Interaction: Will work closely with employees in Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations, Medical Education, Medical Affairs, Learning & Development. Clinical, as well as with external constituents and customers. This position requires considerable hospital presence and requires the ability to walk and stand for periods of time and to navigate through hospitals, surgical centers, and other healthcare facilities, including ORs. The employee is regularly required to travel by automobile as well as by airplane and other forms of public transportation. The employee is regularly required to stand for long periods of time (up to several hours straight). The employee will be required to move quickly in OR and other hospital environments. Benefits
Pay Transparency The base pay range for this role in San Francisco, California is $155,000 - $207,000 per year. The range is what we reasonably expect to pay for this role. The range considers a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: geographic markets, business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience, training, licensure, and certifications.
