Newport Healthcare is looking for a dynamic Lead Care Coordinator to help us create a vibrant and supportive environment for our residents! If you're passionate about teamwork and leadership, this is the perfect job for you!

What You'll Do:

  • Team Player Extraordinaire: Assist the Residential Supervisor in ensuring all tasks are completed with flair! Direct and support your fellow Care Coordinators (CCs) to keep everything running smoothly.
  • Evening Admissions Wizard: Facilitate evening admits and welcome new residents with open arms!
  • Home Tour Guide: Show off our beautiful homes and ensure that our high standards are maintained-pride in our space is key!
  • Coach & Mentor: Provide guidance and coaching to on-duty Care Coordinators, helping them shine in their roles.
  • Feedback Guru: Share ongoing feedback with CCs and Residential Supervisors to foster growth and improvement.
  • Emergency Point of Contact: Be the go-to person for all emergent situations, coordinating communications like a pro!
  • Chart Auditor: Conduct nightly audits of charts to ensure everything is in tip-top shape.
  • Nightly Report Rockstar: Complete a nightly report and share your insights with the Residential Supervisor and Program Manager to keep everyone in the loop!

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, or sociology preferred.
  • Prior work experience in behavioral health treatment settings a plus.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for insurance coverage for driving the company's vehicles.
  • Must become CPI and CPR certified within first 30 days.

Compensation for this role ranges from $17-$21.12 per hour depending on education and experience.
