About the role: As a Nuclear Parts Specialist, you will be part of our Operations & Planning team. You will perform wide variety of technical, marketing and project management activities to support customer orders entered and sales goals. You will report to the Shoreview Plant and Engineering Manager for Global Engineering and Component Services (GECS). You will be hybrid based in Shoreview, MN. We can consider candidates able to work in the US without sponsorship now and in the future. No relocation provided. Responsibilities: A variety of technical, marketing and project management activities to support customer orders entered and sales goals Lead standard parts product quotation generation, order processing, tracking, follow, and closure for product offers and problem resolution for nuclear plant customers Reconcile differences and represent those needs to department groups to support Department strategic and financial goals Perform simple business analyses and customer business development activities for major products and customer programs Develop customer quotations for standard parts products Review customer specifications, produce prices, and identify technical and commercial issues Understand customer expectations and manage order administration and execution to ensure responsiveness and customer satisfaction Customer negotiations for parts products and resolution of outstanding technical, commercial and contract/commercial issues Implement customer contracts from order entry, on time delivery, and collection of receivables Direct department personnel to maximize margin as delivered over margin as sold for parts products, using techniques for management of customer contracts from order entry, on time delivery, and collection of receivables Develop, recommend and support implementation of strategic pricing policies with department supervisory personnel to achieve orders entered and margin goals in compliance with department requirements Track project status through the shop and prepare information for ship to site Qualifications: HS diploma or GED 2+ years' experience 1+ year experience in customer service, sales, project management or related fields Microsoft Word, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) and Adobe PDF Why Westinghouse?
