What You'll Do
  • Hit the Road - Start your day from home and travel to customer sites, ensuring kitchen equipment is running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Keep Kitchens Cooking - Perform preventative maintenance on commercial foodservice equipment-fridges, ice machines, ovens, fryers, and more.
  • Tackle Tough Fixes - Handle installations, removals, emergency repairs, and maintenance for beverage equipment.
  • Be the Expert - Train customers' staff on proper cleaning and daily upkeep of their equipment.
  • Stay Efficient - Manage your time and resources wisely to deliver top-tier service while keeping costs down.
  • Never Stop Learning - Participate in manufacturer and technical training to earn new certifications and grow your career.
What You Need to Succeed
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable record
  • Flexibility to be on call or work shifts based on customer needs
  • Willingness to travel overnight occasionally
  • Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting up to 70 lbs, kneeling, bending, and working on ladders or in tight spaces

Preferred but not required:

  • Technical training, licenses, and/or certifications (EPA, CFESA)
  • Experience with refrigeration, appliance repair, kitchen equipment, HVAC, or military service
  • Self-motivated, independent worker with strong problem-solving skills
