PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT

Responsible for the execution and administration of Agronomy Sales & Marketing programs.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Lead contact and liaison with enterprise marketing and event planning teams in the administration of regional sales kickoff, recognition events, field staff meetings and other member meetings

Develops the Crop Protection, Seed, and Agronomy program guides.

Facilitates the tracking, accumulation, and communication of product forecasts and forecast performance for Crop Protection and Seed

Track and communicate grower program performance.

Responsible for program communication between the Agronomy Division and members in coordination with other Agronomy personnel.

Develops, maintains and supports division platforms such as division SharePoint and customer relationship management tools.

Manages and coordinates field staff business planning data for use in the Grower Sales Tool.

Compiles, validates, and communicates all sales and marking programs, targets, and results. Responsible for calculating and communicating program results for internal processing and customer payment.

Responsible for communications to the field sales team and maintenance of accurate internal and external contact lists.

OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS

Follows GROWMARK's Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply.

Performs all other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

Normally requires a degree communications or other business related discipline or the equivalent thereof, and 1 year or more of marketing and communications related work experience to demonstrate knowledge of communication principles and strategies.

Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development.

Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.

Prefer an understanding of GROWMARK Agronomy including products, communications and marketing strategies.

Must have the ability to travel independently and overnight as needed.

Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on GROWMARK's policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the position.

Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to base pay, certain roles may be eligible for bonuses, incentives, and commissions.
