Industrial Equipment Specialist

Cleveland Brothers, the largest Cat dealer in Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia, and western Maryland, has an immediate opportunity for an Industrial Equipment Specialist.

Position Summary:

The Industrial Equipment Specialist will be responsible for selling and servicing long-term service contracts for aerial equipment. This role involves managing customer relationships, providing technical support, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective service delivery.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Sales and Service Contracts: Promote and sell long-term service contracts for aerial equipment to new and existing customers.
* Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
* Technical Support: Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding the operation, maintenance, and repair of aerial equipment.
* Inspections and Diagnostics: Perform equipment inspections and diagnostics to identify potential issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the rental, sales, service, and parts departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
* Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate records of service contracts, customer interactions, and equipment inspections.

Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications:

* Mechanical Aptitude: High mechanical aptitude with experience in identifying parts and diagnosing equipment issues.
* Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of aerial equipment, including operation, maintenance, and repair.
* Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
* Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
* Computer Skills: Proficiency in computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, and database management.
* Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various environmental conditions.
