Sr. UX Designer

The Sr. UX Designer is responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and seamless digital experiences that meet both user needs and business objectives. The scope of this job includes collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including solution managers, engineers, and other designers, to create and refine designs that provide value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage internal stakeholders in understanding business goals and objectives and translate those to solution requirements and design artifacts.
  • Conduct behavioral analysis, user requirements analysis, task analysis, conceptual modeling, information architecture design, and interaction design.
  • Create and implement interaction models, user flows, and user interface specifications aligned to WellSky design principles.
  • Practice human-centered design methodologies, such as research and design architecture best practices, to improve the end-user's interactions with WellSky solutions.
  • Define metrics for measuring the impact of UX on the organization, determine success criteria, and establish other KPIs related to client experience analytics.
  • Lead workshops and design reviews to educate and transform the culture around user-centered design and development.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • At least 4-6 years relevant work experience
  • Proficiency in common product design tools, for example Figma or Miro

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with AI tools
  • Past contribution to UX research
  • Experience in healthcare domain

Job Expectations:

  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
  • Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
  • Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
