Lead Communications Partner

The Lead Communications Partner is responsible for working cross-functionally to create compelling and engaging content for internal and external audiences that builds positive awareness and reinforces the WellSky brand and promises. This scope of this job includes planning and executing strategic communication initiatives that directly contribute to WellSky's success by delivering against actionable business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create original content for external audiences, including public relations campaigns, WellSky website, thought leadership, and social media.
  • Develop original content for internal audiences, including WellSky's intranet, corporate announcements, teammate meetings and presentations, videos, and social media.
  • Lead strategic execution of media inquiries and interview requests and work closely with WellSky spokespeople to ensure they are prepared for scheduled interviews.
  • Develop integrated plan for content using the paid, earned, shared, and owned approach.
  • Monitor communications results on a consistent basis and assess outreach efforts to identify innovative ways to reach target audiences.
  • Manage strong internal relationships across the business to proactively identify trends, develop messaging, support flawless execution of work, and optimize processes to further meet or exceed WellSky standards.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • At least 8-12 years of relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in executive communications

Job Expectations:

  • Willing to travel up to 20% based on business needs
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
  • Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
  • Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
