Join Our Mission
The Director of Quality & Audit is responsible for the daily operations of the Audit and Performance Quality Improvement needs of the agency. This includes ensuring quality improvement programs are developed and managed using a data-driven focus all in alignment with the agency's mission, vision and values and audits are conducted to support these initiatives. The Director of Quality & Audit will report directly to the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO). In addition, the director is responsible for making and presenting recommendations for continuous improvement to senior management and various stakeholders. Description
