Pay Rate: $16.50/hour Intern with us Summer 2025, so you can Achieve More. What will you be doing and learning? Production In this internship, you will learn aspects of both print and digital production work, including project setup with vendors, the conventions of print and digital design (Cascading Style Sheet, "CSS"), the editorial and documentation styles we enforce, production workflows and tools, and scheduling. You may be asked to help with the following tasks: copyediting or proofreading small portions of content, checking covers, triaging corrections from multiple parties, reviewing ePub or print samples, reviewing printer pages, or helping to update or improve documentation. Permissions In this portion of the internship, you will learn about permission, design and illustration workflows. You will provide assistance with licensing, invoice processing, proof checks, permission research, license follow ups, asset metadata checks, line art accessibility checks, asset archiving, AI creation. (Note: Many of these workflows require extensive data entry and reporting with various platforms--- rights system, digital repositories (Digital Asset Management, "DAM"/Content Management System, "CMS"), Jira, Slack, invoice payment system, "xflow".)
