In this role, you will be responsible for Fire Alarm System Testing and Inspections in accordance with NFPA 72 inspection standards. Coordinate a variety of repair and maintenance duties with intermediate
    proficiency in one or more trades.

Position: General Maintenance Mechanic-Life-Safety Coordinator
Shift: Day shift, with rotating weekend commitment

Experience:
1. 2 to four years' experience in the operation and testing of Fire Alarm or similar electrical systems



  • 2 to four years' experience in records keeping and or database management.


2. Healthcare maintenance experience a plus.



Education:
1. Associates Degree in related field.
2. Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English sufficiently to perform required job duties required.

Licensures/Certifications:
Valid Pennsylvania (or another US State) Drivers' License required.
