Job Summary

The International Sales Operation Specialist position represents the Benjamin Moore brand by providing a support experience across multiple avenues of inquiry and information. The primary focus is supporting the VP of International sales, International Operations Manager, International Account Managers, International Marketing Manager and Director by enhancing their effective "selling time" while aligning with Benjamin Moore's goals, vision, and strategy. This service is performed through developing strong relationships with our field personnel, internal and external team. The International Sales Operation Specialist will continually learn and evolve with new information and methods of interacting with customers. As a Brand Ambassador, the International Sales Operation Specialist will ensure that the voice of the customer is heard throughout the organization.



Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

    Support the internationals sales account managers with the goal of increasing their selling time
  • Lead project development analyses that can drive potential sales
  • Assist with finance planning and organization across multiple budget
  • Work closely with product stewardship to ensure that our products comply with regional laws and requirements
  • Assist our team and accounts with product and labeling requirements
  • Coordinate and organize the request and receipt of new account distributor agreements
  • Assist with the process of finding solutions to trademark and handle URL challenges
  • Assist with the FCPA compliance process and ensure that policies and procedures found in the International Playbook are followed
  • Support international account reps and customs logistics administrator with complex orders from key customers
  • Liaise between Large Buy and CIC departments to secure products for orders
  • Lead and improve the overall efficiency of international business activities, i.e. reducing lead times and expanding accounts' product offerings
  • Liaise with the field and product training group to ensure that programs consider the unique aspects of our international business needs
  • Assist with the collection and analysis of Business Plans prior to each account being set-up
  • Ensure that each distributor/hybrid distributor submits and presents their Sales & Marketing Plan by the yearly deadline along with necessary compliance documents
  • Liaise with credit department to troubleshoot past due and over limit accounts
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating International Account Managers with IDF monitoring
  • Assist Account Managers with displays for new accounts and liaising with Retail Services
  • Use SAP to assist with various requests such as IDF and inventory status
  • Other administrative duties as assigned


Qualifications

Required Skills:

  • Ability to multi-task under pressure while meeting critical deadlines
  • Analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • System Knowledge including: SAP, Business Objects, MS Office
  • Bi- Lingual language skills: Spanish, Mandarin, Korean is preferred
