Job Title: Digital Campaign Manager - Global Accounts Location: Hybrid to Hoboken, NJ office location
Duration: 3 months with opportunity to extend
Pay Rate: $45/hr W2 commensurate with experience Position Overview: You will help build and promote advertising solutions to key partners. Their focus is on delivering conversion-driven and brand-building solutions to our clients. As a Campaign Manager on the Global Accounts team, you will play a key role in the execution and optimization of digital advertising campaigns, helping to drive revenue and ensuring successful campaign delivery. You'll contribute to a high-performing team in a fast-paced and rapidly growing business environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Execution & Optimization: Plan, execute, manage, and optimize managed service and self-service campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
- Strategic Oversight: Lead strategic planning for large accounts, ensuring the alignment of campaigns with client objectives and delivering measurable results.
- Performance Metrics: Define and measure success metrics for campaigns using internal analytics tools to ensure consistent performance and results.
- Client Communication: Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering expert guidance on campaign best practices and optimization strategies.
- Campaign Implementation: Manage the campaign lifecycle, including traffic tagging, ad technology integration, quality assurance, and ensuring proper pacing and performance.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the Sales, Analytics, and Creative teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery and accurate reporting.
- Client Reporting & Insights: Provide regular campaign updates, performance reports, and optimization recommendations to clients, highlighting new opportunities for improvement.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve any campaign-related issues during the pre-production and live campaign phases.
- Campaign Documentation: Maintain organized records of all campaign-related materials and documentation, including proposals, creative assets, and insertion orders.
- Bill/pay Management: Manage billing and payment systems, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in bid management, campaign management/optimization, or digital media operations.
- Client-Facing Experience: Demonstrated ability to identify risks, resolve issues, and manage client expectations effectively.
- Media Knowledge: Familiarity with traditional and interactive media planning elements.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with digital advertising platforms (SQL, Tableau preferred).
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical thinking and mathematical skills to analyze and optimize campaigns.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data and insights clearly.
- Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing, high-pressure environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in digital media campaign management, including experience with paid channels such as Display, Mobile, Social, Search, and Programmatic.
- Experience working across a variety of platforms and media channels.
- Strong understanding of digital media planning, campaign management, and optimization strategies.
- Familiarity with campaign measurement and reporting tools such as SQL and Tableau.
