For a full list of our comprehensive benefits, see our website: https://www.sarepta.com/join-us The Importance of the Role The Research Associate (RA) I, high throughput process automation (HTPA), will utilize automation workflows and robotic liquid handlers to execute experiments for the development and optimization of downstream processes. They will additionally be responsible for performing experiments supporting the development of automated high throughput analytical assays for deployment by the Analytical Development team. They will be expected to support these process development activities by generating reliable and reproducible data with thorough documentation. They will operate in a highly collaborative environment within HTPA, but will also work closely with the Upstream Process Development, Downstream Process Development, Analytical Development, and Vector Core groups towards the collective goal of early research process development to produce sound and robust manufacturing processes for AAV vectors.The Opportunity to Make a Difference

The targeted salary range for this position is $60,800 - $76,000 per year. Sarepta is making a good faith effort to be transparent and accurate around our hiring ranges. The salary offer is commensurate with Sarepta's compensation philosophy and considers factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, external market conditions, criticality of role, and internal equity.
