Description & Requirements
As a Senior Associate in our Outsourced Accounting Services group, you will be a valued member of our team and build relationships with our outsourcing clients. This position will offer you an excellent career development and advancement opportunity in our growing firm. To be successful in this role, you should enjoy solving problems, possess strong attention to detail, and have the willingness to look for efficiencies and learn new technologies continually. The OAS team utilizes cloud-based accounting platforms and software applications to provide recurring accounting and proactive advice to our clients.
How you will contribute:
Dedicate time to client service while coordinating work for our clients in the following areas:
  • General ledger importing or synchronization
  • Accounts payable processing, including Bill.com
  • Post Payroll journal entries
  • Bank and credit card account reconciliations
  • Depreciation schedule preparation and review
  • Monthly and year-end trial balance closing assistance
  • Assist with preparing and reviewing monthly management reports and financial statements
  • Provide various virtual and on-site outsourced accounting services
  • Various software application implementation projects
  • Facilitate teaching and training of associates and other colleagues

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting
  • 4 years or more of experience
  • Experience working with Quickbooks, Matrix
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
