We're looking for a Sr. Agency MarTech Lead to help grow Pinterest's Global agency business. As the primary point of contact for a listed set of agencies, you'll leverage executive relationships and your Pinterest ad platform expertise to inspire agencies to become Pinterest ad experts and transform our agency partners into advocates to meet their clients' goals. In doing so, you'll play a key role in scaling one of the fastest growing advertising platforms in history through your agency partnerships.

What you'll do:



  • Drive revenue growth for this foundational Channel Sales role
  • Initiate Strategic Conversations: Engage with Pinterest account teams to initiate discussions and share insights about Tier 1 MarTech partners
  • Education & Enablement: Equip account teams with in-depth knowledge about Tier 1 MarTech partners offerings, benefits, and value proposition
  • Internal Advocacy: Serve as the internal expert and advocate for Tier 1 MarTech partners, ensuring alignment with client interests
  • Support Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to expand account engagement and identify regional activation targets
  • Account Management: Employ a prescriptive, focused approach for managing accounts, starting with the short-listed must-win accounts defined by sales leadership



What we're looking for:



  • 15+ years Digital advertising agency and agency sales experience, working specifically with performance advertising products
  • Bachelor's in relevant field such as advertising, marketing, business, or relevant experience
  • Experience working with executive-level business and marketing leaders within agency organizations with a customer focus
  • Proven track record of managing revenue pipeline with forward-looking predictability
  • An independent, business-focused creative thinker who is excited to work with leading agency and technology partners
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, attention to detail, and a bias for proactively resolving issues

In-Office Requirement Statement



  • We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.
  • This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1-2 times per quarter and therefore needs to be in a commutable distance from our New York office.

Final salary is based on a number of factors including location, travel, relevant prior experience, or particular skills and expertise.
