Arjo's National Sales Director-Homecare is a remote individual contributor role that will lead Arjo sales across all customer-facing offerings in the Homecare market, including B2B, B2B2C, B2C.

In this role, you will shape and drive Arjo's strategic outlook for the Homecare market, mid-to-long term strategic planning, and go-to market deployment model; and will identify key third-party organizations for strategic partnership and manage them accordingly.

Other key day-to-day activities:



  • Manage and execute new contracts.
  • Identify growth opportunities and obtain go-to market insights for internal consideration and adoption.
  • Work closely with Arjo Marketing to create and deploy tools and systems that enable sales growth.
  • Create e-commerce strategy, including lead generation and pre/post sales
  • Act as a key liaison between Sales, Clinical, Service, and Corporate teams to align strategies and support local execution.



QUALIFICATIONS:



  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years medical device sales experience.
  • MUST HAVE Homecare Sales experience.
  • Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and work independently.
  • Executive-level communication skills (written, verbal, presentation).
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate business opportunities to senior management.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Vlookups, etc.), PowerPoint, Word.
  • Able to travel overnight up to 50%.
