Our colleagues work together and celebrate together. *About the Role:* We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic *Product Manager *to lead the development and enhancement of our B2B financial product suite, tailored to the needs of the Office of the CFO. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute product strategies that empower CFOs and their teams to drive financial excellence, streamline workflows, and deliver actionable insights. Your work will directly impact our customers' ability to manage complex financial processes with speed, accuracy, and confidence. * * *What you will be doing:* * * *Product Strategy & Vision:* Develop and articulate a compelling product vision and roadmap that aligns with the company's overall strategy and addresses the unique challenges faced by CFOs and finance teams. *Customer-Centric Solutions*: Conduct market research, engage with customers, and analyze industry trends to deeply understand the pain points and opportunities within financial operations, including accounts payable, receivable, treasury, and financial planning and analysis. *Feature Development:* Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term innovation. Drive the development of user centric features, such as advanced analytics, automation tools, and integration capabilities with ERPs and financial systems. *Cross-Functional Collaboration:* Work closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to deliver seamless, scalable, and secure solutions. Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical execution. *Stakeholder Engagement:* Serve as the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs while managing expectations with internal and external stakeholders. Communicate progress, challenges, and successes effectively. *Data-Driven Decision Making:* Use data and KPIs to measure product success, identify opportunities for optimization, and inform future development. * * *What you will need:* * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field (MBA or advanced technical degree preferred). * *5+ years of product management experience* * *Proven track record of launching/developing a brand new product or large feature from the ground up and taking it GA.* * Proven experience working closely with engineering teams, in a UX first culture. * Strong understanding of financial operations, processes, and systems used in the Office of the CFO. * Familiarity with ERP integrations, payment processing, or financial automation tools is highly desirable. * Exceptional ability to distill complex problems into clear, actionable solutions. * Strong analytical and decision-making skills with a focus on user experience and business outcomes. * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. *Added bonus if you have:* * Experience scaling AI solutions across multiple internal teams through frameworks and best practices * Experience in industries where AI/ML has significant applications (e.g., fintech, healthcare, e-commerce). * Passion for leveraging technology to solve real-world problems. * Ability to bridge the gap between technical capabilities and business needs. * Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making. * Commitment to delivering ethical and user-focused AI solutions. * The ideal candidate has a strong technical experience, excellent product management skills, and a deep understanding of AI/ML capabilities and limitations. *Experience Level* Expert Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $65.00/hr.
