Overview Walton Enterprises is seeking a skilled, highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual to join the team as a financial Analyst. The ideal teammate will have the demonstrated ability to strong financial, analytical, and project management skills to join its Accounting team as a Financial Analyst.

About the Position You'll join a top-notch team and serve as a trusted partner, working closely with other WEI teams to ensure financial and business processes are designed to run simply and efficiently. The Financial Analyst will support a Sr. Financial Analyst and other WEI teams to drive WEI financial performance and ensure financial operations run efficiently. What you will do You will support WEI business leaders to develop and execute against their department budgets and manage processes that drive the overall financial results of the company. Responsibilities - Supporting processes for quarterly billing, revenue management and associate productivity - Supporting the annual budget process for WEI and providing forecast and spending updates - Tracking and reporting on departmental spending and budget variances - Analyzing financial data and supporting financial modeling as needed - Preparing performance reports for leadership / discussion with principals - Monitoring key performance metrics & variables to inform decision-making or track progress against financial objectives - Monitoring and reporting on company credit card transactions - Supporting the Insurance team as needed with analyzing, reporting and processing contracts and revenue arrangements Who we are looking for Qualifications required for your success - Technically proficient in Excel - Technically proficient in Microsoft Power Point - Highly detail-oriented - Excellent communicator - Possess a strong intellectual curiosity and be a service-oriented partner who will work to deliver world class service to our business partners. - Familiarity with financial software & coding or ability to automate manual financial processes - Project management experience Required Skills and/or Competencies - Relevant service in financial planning, forecasting and financial management - Strong working knowledge of Excel and ability to manage large amounts of data - Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills - Attention to accuracy and detail - Demonstrated ability to translate complex financial data into easily understood information - Bachelor's degree, preferably in accounting, finance, or related field, or equivalent experience Additional Helpful Experience Includes - Familiarity with financial software & coding or ability to automate manual financial processes - Project management experience All offers of employment are contingent on your successful completion (where permitted by state law) of a confidentiality agreement and background check.
