The Client Success Manager is responsible for identifying key opportunities and executing strategic programs to improve client outcomes across the markets WellSky serves. This role will represent WellSky to develop key relationships with our clients and facilitate partnerships creating strong operational alignment maximizing the value of our solutions. You will ensure that our clients receive the highest possible return on investment and satisfaction from our suite of solutions and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage operational data to identify areas of client and business opportunity for improvement
  • Proactively engage with a broad set of clients to understand their opportunities and navigate client partnerships and experiences with our solutions
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and operational business units to improve client engagement strategies
  • Understand the full client lifecycle engagement expectations across WellSky's business and operational teams, identify opportunities for increased client alignment, and partner with client organizations to streamline client experiences maximize long-term value
  • Define and deliver improvements for core business KPIs, measuring engagement behaviors, client outcomes, value improvement, and business growth
  • Perform other job duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • At least 4-6 years of relevant work experience

Job Expectations:

  • Willing to travel up to 30% based on business needs
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
  • Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
  • Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
