The Sr Manager, Client Success is responsible for leading a team of client success teammates who manage the full breadth of WellSky's clients while focusing on revenue retention and portfolio growth. The scope of this job is a combination of managerial oversight with direct responsibility for client relationships, and independent responsibility to ensure that WellSky solutions deliver maximum value and achieve client objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, inspire, and develop client success teammates, setting the vision for WellSky's client management strategy and ensuring the team effectively manages accounts to achieve long-term success.
  • Own the strategy for managing and growing client portfolios, cultivating strong client relationships, maximizing retention, and aligning WellSky's solutions with client objectives to drive revenue growth.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for senior client executives by driving high-level communications, feedback loops, and advocating for client needs across WellSky.
  • Partner with sales, solutions, engineering, and other departments to drive client-centric initiatives, develop solutions to address client pain points, and identify business opportunities for WellSky's portfolio.
  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate churn, assess client health, and identify at-risk clients.
  • Work cross-functionally to resolve issues, prevent revenue loss, and use data to drive strategic decision-making and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Provide executive-level reporting and insights into client performance, portfolio health, and business growth.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • At least 6-8 years of relevant work experience
  • At least 2-4 years of relevant management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with post-acute payment models for Medicaid/Medicare. Value based care experience preferred.
  • Experience in management of partner relationships with vendors as related to the EHR and products to support Clinical Documentation Review and Revenue Cycle Management.
  • Knowledge of regulations and compliance requirements for clinical documentation and billing in post-acute care. Home Health and Hospice preferred.
  • Experience with using financial and quality metrics to drive performance improvements.

Job Expectations:

  • Willing to travel up to 30% based on business needs
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
  • Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
  • Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
