Job Responsibilities - Drive marketing programs to build Channels brand awareness and acquisition - Help coordinate campaign delivery including storefront campaigns as well as off-platform levers working with creative merchandising and cross-org stakeholders - Compile analyze and present performance metrics identifying opportunities to enhance campaigns and improve performance - Use data and analysis to craft short leadership updates on marketing performance and key priorities - Work effectively across organizational boundaries to define manage and prioritize work A Day in the Life: *Drive marketing programs to build Channels brand awareness and acquisition *Help coordinate campaign delivery, including storefront campaigns as well as off-platform levers, working with creative, merchandising and cross-org stakeholders *Compile, analyze, and present performance metrics, identifying opportunities to enhance campaigns and improve performance *Use data and analysis to craft short leadership updates on marketing performance and key priorities *Work effectively across organizational boundaries to define, manage, and prioritize work *Skills* Tableau, Excel, data analysis, marketing analysis, marketing campaign, campaign management, compile performance metrics, stakeholder management, project management, experience in media and entertainment, ability to track and measure marketing programs *Additional Skills & Qualifications* *Formulating SOPs and Best Practices for current processes and structuring them / making more efficient - then sharing with offshore agencies to be streamline / standardized *Marketing campaign management / programming Degrees / Certs and/or Experience Required: *Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field (e.g., Communication Studies) *5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience *Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements *Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $31.50 - $33.75/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
