TS POSITION OVERVIEW AND PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):
We are seeking a PC Support Tech to provide comprehensive IT support across Department of Defense or Government Agency Enterprise NIPR and SIPR Networks. The PC Support Tech will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, as well as ensuring users are proficient with basic system operations. This position requires hands-on experience with a variety of IT support tasks and the ability to manage and transport equipment as needed. . REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
