UI/UX Developer Washington, DC Pay From: $120,000 per year MUST: Experienced UI/UX Developer Active Top Secret clearance required 4+ years of overall experience in UI/UX development preferably on Azure Experience planning, conducting, and coordinating Usability/Human Factors Engineering (HFE) activities. Experience with wireframing tools (e.g., Adobe Xd, Figma). Proficiency with Power Platform, particularly Power Apps and Power BI. Experience across all phases of the usability and software engineering lifecycle (analysis, design, implementation, and deployment) Strong communication skills; client-facing position. DUTIES: Provide technical leadership by leading meetings such as scrums, team meetings, and customer briefs. Report team status and identify risks. Work directly with unit/ Agency stakeholders and program management. Research and document user profiles, analysis tasks, workflows and user scenarios. Collect and document user requirements. Create user interface design specifications. Collaborate closely with product designers and process engineers in application development. Design user interfaces that meet users' needs and preferences. Conduct usability testing.
