Job Overview:
Our client, a consumer tech conglomerate, is looking to add an App & Gameplay Expert to their team for a 3 month contract role! In this role, you'll use your deep knowledge of games and apps to support our creative teams, capturing and editing gameplay footage and providing insights on game mechanics, trends, and visual storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
Expert Knowledge: Be the go-to person for all things related to apps and video games. Stay updated on current and upcoming titles across mobile, PC, console, and VR.
Content Creation: Capture and edit gameplay footage for demos, trailers, and on-store content, ensuring high-quality visual storytelling.
Research & Documentation: Create research materials to guide the creative team, offering detailed insights on gameplay, narrative, and features.
Collaborative Support: Work closely with the creative team to provide expert advice, guiding them through creative reviews and game-related decisions.
Qualifications:
- Education: BA/BS in communication, art, film, media production, game design, or related field.
- Experience: 5-7 years in the game industry, tech, or media production.
- Skills: Proficiency in FCPX and/or Adobe Premiere, strong understanding of iOS and MacOS devices, excellent communication and collaboration skills.
